Japanese Anemones

These are flowering very well in the garden.

We popped down to Nero today. I needed eye drops which I use often every day to keep my dry eye in check. Popped in to Hays for a travel brochure to get some inspiration, and also a cruise one, we have never been on a cruise before but we want to cruise to Iceland and it leaves from Dundee. Just a small ship, it’s a thought, not written in stone.

My next door neighbour Cheryl gets her hip replacement op done today, up in Inverness. She’s only 50 and been in severe pain for a while now.

S has made great progress installing our drainage for the front of the house to move it round the side to the back.

Our two blueberry bushes are absolutely hanging with fruit this year. I’m picking , washing , drying then freezing and I’ve two bags already. I thought about jam but we eat blueberries and yogurt every morning so get more use this way.

Next up is the broccoli and spring onions! Tatties are doing well too and also the blackcurrants.
