More storming

Last night the power went out at 10.20pm and was restored at around 3 am.    Not long enough to do any damage to items in the fridge so all was well.  It has rained and blown again today with windows of clearing before the next rain squalls blew in.

Poor Maggy has not wanted to go outside in the rain, in a break she rushed out, did the business, had a good sniff and rushed back inside.  I didn't realise she had been holding on because I would open the back door for her, she would put her head outside and say 'no thanks'.   What a good girl.

So in one of the breaks I got her out this afternoon and we walked down to Newy baths as the road was closed.  The main is looking North towards Nobbys and the extras are Chad hauling a fish in (Luderick - he has a bag limit of 10 and I saw him catch at least 4 while I was there.  He says he has been throwing some back).  The next is a sequence of some young chaps who are practising their barrelling,  Who knew there was such a thing?
