Old Friends

Written on a (German) restaurant's blackboard, this pretty much sums up our day. We met old friends of mine, whom I first met in Iceland 37 years ago, and hadn't seen for 19 years before today, because they had moved halfway around the planet and back again since then.

It didn't feel like that long - more like we'd last met just a few months ago. 

Good times. Good people. A really good day.
