Stars in my eyes.

This small globe, 10cms in diameter, is from the same maker as a terrestrial and lunar globe that I have. All found in charity shops or antiques outlets. I'm on the hunt for a Mars one they produced.
There is something amiss however, can you tell what is wrong with this celestial globe?
