Elusive Butterfly
With the Buddleia now over 10 feet tall - and only having flowers right at the top - it was not easy to capture a shot of one of the many Peacock butterflies that were feeding on it this afternoon. Multiple attempts - and a bit of editing - later, this is the best I could manage.
Mrs C was up with the lark this morning, off for a day trip north of the border with Kendal Photography Club. And whilst I did enjoy a bit of a lie in, I have not been idle. A good workout in the gym before lunch and both lawns strimmed and mown this afternoon. In between times I’ve been updating contact/login details for various sites. I’m probably changing Broadband provider later this year so will ultimately lose the email address linked to it. To make any changeover as painless as possible, I’ve resurrected an old - but previously unused - gmail address and am slowly updating my details across loads of apps/websites/mailing lists. I’m not rushing this, and am using it as an opportunity to fully unsubscribe from organisations I’m no longer bothered about, as well as updating those I do want to keep interacting with.
And I’ve not even thought about advising friends and family of the change yet. I might have to be selective about who gets to know the new address…
