Back running this morning after my self inflicted hiatus last week.

MrsT and I did the morning dog walk before she (very rarely) accompanied me to another tourist run at Lochore Meadows.

This was a very nice one lap course with part trail part tarmac. Very scenic indeed.

I jumped on barcode scanning afterwards as they were short of volunteers.


Got a few things planed for today then this evening, the new football season starts and I’ll watch the first match whilst playing ten pin bowling with the FiL.
