Bursting

As I came out of the doctor’s second floor office I was stunned to see this exploding sky. There was rain over the mountains but it was bright and sunny everywhere else. The rainbow was a bonus.

I got an injection in my shoulder. He said that it may take 10 days to get relief, so I’ll keep taking acetaminophen and using ice. I’m going to try to steer physical therapy towards my shoulder and away from my back. Fix that and the other should follow.
