The Poets Wife

For today's Flower Friday. The roses are enjoying this summer weather, although there has been a chilly wind. So looking at the weather forecast I will get the grass cut as have the guys coming in on Monday weather permitting, to aerate and scarify the lawns.

Aerobics this morning which was really good. Then home to change and meet up with 7 other friends from class to celebrate a birthday of one of them. We went to the local fish restaurant. Good job Maxine had booked as they were turning people away. Meals were enjoyed by all. And the birthday girl produced an after lunch chocolate to go with coffee. A lovely couple of hours.

Been doing a bit of computer admin this afternoon as we are now into a new month. August already!! Also have some stuff to take down to the recycle centre hopefully in the morning.
