Flower Friday: White Buddleia

Last Friday for my FF blip I was lucky enough to capture a butterfly on our purple Buddleia. The weather's much cooler today and there aren't any butterflies around. However this white Buddleia is just coming into flower so here it is for BikerBear to see today.

It's interesting that the purple one (which we bought some years ago at a garden centre) has never done very well and always seems rather stunted. This white one however decided to appear of its own accord a year or two back and is growing very well indeed. I sometimes wonder about the quality of the plants from our local garden centre! (I don't know how this one seeded itself here as I don't know of any other local white specimens.)
