Colourful Cosmos

Another fine day....the sun is shining, washing out and back in - dried and now ironed.
A quick look around the garden and the cosmos are still putting on a show - not that many flowers now but the seeds are setting - I'll let them fall and see if anything comes back next year!
After 5 months the Barnstaple Hotel re-opened today - yeah! So I popped over for a swim and to admire the renovations after the destruction by the storm in April. Lovely to see 'old' friends back in the pool and staff back to work. Be good to get back into the 'local' routine, though I will miss the very friendly staff at Croyde and the beautiful pool, but we will visit periodically.
