Lifting fog

Jill and I drove to the auto-repair place this morning. She dropped off her car to get the seat belt fixed. I found out the repair to my car would cost at least $1,000. That would take apart the dash and get behind the HVAC to find the problem. Then there would be the cost of part(s) on top of that. So I declined. I hope it's not a long, hot summer, because without air conditioning, I'm not going to be driving my car.

I guess I'll start saving for a new car. I hope my car can make it to the spring. Cross your fingers for a cooler fall and winter, which means I won't have to use the AC in the car.
