Berry nice...

Meeting with Social Worker this morning for the annual review of our Legal Guardianship of Alan.  All very straightforward and done and dusted in forty-five minutes. 

Had my monthly get together for lunch with friends Janice and Fiona.  Met them at 2.00pm and got home at 6.40pm!  We had lots to catch up on :-)

Had planned to make Jamie Oliver's salmon stuffed with prawns for Sunday dinner but the prawns delivered this morning by Tesco had a short date, so rather than send them back, I made it this evening.  It was absolutely delicious.  I stumbled on the recipe the other day when I turned on the TV and Jamie was making it.  I will definitely make it again.  

Alan and Vickie were out all afternoon and didn't get back till after 7pm (clothes shopping apparently :-)  Vickie came through to the kitchen and handed us a box, saying she and Alan had bought us a wee treat.  Opened the box to find these delights.  They smell amazing.  

I am being good though so gave mine to D.  Selfless I am :-))
