A great day in Wales.

A splendid morning photographing birds on the caravan park and then we went to the coast.

The main blip is a long range view of Aberdovey from the beach at Ynyslas.

A view I have photographed many times but rarely in such superb light. ( Best viewed large)

Hollie had fun in the sea, Mrs I provided a wonderful packed lunch and flasks of hot tea and coffee.

And I had fun with the camera, trying to capture the landscapes that we saw around us at various times of the day. (Collage in extra)

Mid-Wales is a superb place for all sorts of recreation but for me it is the simple pleasure of just being. And seeing.

A glorious day in the hills and on the beach.
