A bit of family history

I was going through some cupboards today and came across a small pile of my mother’s stuff.

This book was published in 1914 and I think it must have belonged to one of my grandparents, or even great grandparents and later passed on to my mother.

It’s a charming story of the day in the life of small dog, written in very ‘jolly japes’ language.

So sweet!
