Sports

This is a photograph from Ambleside's traditional Lakeland sports which happened today.  Apart from running, cycling, Cumberland/Westmorland wrestling, there was hound trailing: hounds following an aniseed trail.  Plus food outlets etc..  A group from the camera club spent time photographing a variety of sports and individuals.  A cloudy morning and then a hot sun beamed down on us!!!  By the by BBC were there recording and three of us were on TV, but completely out of focus as we watched cycling.
Car back tomorrow not mended, but need the car this weekend.  Hopefully the parts will be here next week and then the car will go back to be mended.  That's the plan, but next week there are other appointments.
