Castelo de São Jorge

One of the highlights of our Lisbon trip was a trip up to the Castelo de São Jorge. We took the bus up the steep hill and enjoyed the wonderful panorama (hubby is the taller gent in a Tilley style hat).

One of my favourite shots was the final extra - people queuing for lemon ice-cream - I particularly liked the matching laundry.
The first extra is looking down on the Praça do Comércio and the others show more Portuguese tiles, one contrasted with grafitti and one shop selling pastéis de bacalhau - Portuguese salt cod fritters.
