Oh dear

The day overtook me, so a one in the camera from lunchtime – a cheese toasty.  I did have one of a buzzard some 300 metres away, but no chance even using the 600mm telephoto.
 
I have been feeling so much better (and awake) from first thing this morning, and I can only put it down to changing the worn-out head-gear for my CPAP mask with a new one, hence giving me a proper night’s sleep, being the reason.  My CPAP was saying I was ok . . .  BUT!!
 
Let’s see what tomorrow brings, but today it was shopping and chiropodist etc and getting sidetracked all the time.
 
So a quick blip in the middle of cooking dinner.
