Close Cut

Today the wildflower meadow outside the office has been cut, traditional style using a scythe. It has also been the end of a 5 month fixed point photography project charting the growth of the meadow. It has been a bit amateurish and we have learnt a few lessons for next year. Like don't put your fixed point under a tree where the jackdaws and pigeons roost because you can't differentiate between bird sh*t and the white paint you used for marking where the tripod feet go. The final phase today has been time lapse photography out of upstairs windows at the office and worms eye angles using a collection of cameras tripods and camcorders to complete the footage. All we have to do now is put all of it together. Watch out for the link to the video later next week.
