Groomed in vain

Clem emerged looking pristine from a grooming session and promptly rolled about in her bedding to spoil the effect. It reminded me that years ago our Spaniels would happily roll in the dirt  after a bathing session in the garden. Visit to Daughter E today, warm and humid with occasional heavy showers, and very much the same after I returned home.
