Bedtime photo.

When I put Lincoln to bed tonight I realized I haven't taken any photos today. A photo of the boys soft toys in our spare room is my emergency blip. 
I had my steroid injection in my shoulder this morning which went very well. I have to remember to limit movement and definitely no lifting. I hope i remember in the morning when I get dressed.
