Rich Hill

Rich Hill has recently been renovated. It was the childhood home of George Washington’s doctor, who was in attendance at his death. It was also the home of a confederate spy during the Civil War that John Wilkes Booth went to after he killed President Lincoln. It was falling into ruin just a few years ago, but is now being rescued and restored by The Friends of Rich Hill. The history of this home is well worth preserving.
