Settled in and enjoying tea
Here we are, on “Sigges Camping” at the Urkult festival.
We seem to have got a good spot in a far corner of the campsite. That high hedge in the background is around the graveyard so there won’t be much noise from there!
We had a relaxed morning getting everything together and in the camper van. The sun shone all day which always helps.
We went down to the festival entrance to get our armbands and in front of us was Christina, wife of a very old friend of ours, Martin. We walked back to the campground with her to where the family and friends were setting up a small tent encampment. They all fitted into a small space but one of the tents was just in a small depression that will become a puddle if it rains. I definitely prefer a camper van!
As we ate our (pictured) tea I was checking through the program to work out which stage to be at, and when, to catch the best music.
As always there are clashes when it will be hard to decide which stage to be at, but that’s a good problem to have!
