Golden
A bit of an odd day today. We did a large upgrade for a client last night. Which went pretty well. The client however had a slightly different opinion accusing one of my team missing an important step that was agreed on the project plan.
I hadn’t seen the plan so asked for a copy. The step didn’t exist, our team had followed the plan to the letter. I pointed this out to the client
(diplomatically of course), I’m still waiting for an apology….
