I was very glad !!!

Part of Lincoln cathedral was closed today for the University graduation ceremony …
We went in and joined a small tour round the back ,out of the way …… suddenly the organ started up and a big choir started singing Hubert Parry’s magnificent anthem ‘ I was glad ‘ …… famous for Royal Weddings and Coronations …it was loud …it was awesome !! …a visit I will never forget:-))
