Life saver

This is the Henry Ramey Upcher Lifeboat - a very old lifeboat that is still housed in its original boat shed. Seen here looking out to sea. 
She was in service from 1894 until 1935. 
Stunning to think of the power needed to use those oars and lever (labelled) to take this out to sea to save those in danger.
