Lunch

I worked from home so had the chance to make a nice tuna jacket potato for lunch.

I worked from home so I could take some time out of the day to get Dad to the Drs
There was a bit of a kerfuffle when we got there as although they rang and gave us the appointment over the phone, they failed to actually book it in! Thankfully they did a bit of juggling about so our 9:20 appointment became a 10:10 appointment- could have been worse!

There was the inevitable wait in the Pharmacy after the appointment to pick up the prescribed medication - but phew that they actually had it in stock!

I had some tricky work to do for the rest of the day so got stuck into that. I managed to come up with a plan that should work so can now crack on and get it done and see if everyone is happy with the final result.

There was no bellringing practice in the evening which was just as well as I was worn out by the end of the day. I had thought of going to the gym but abandoned that in favour of catching up with The Gilded Age (go Bertha!) and an early night.
