Sheryl (shirlyray)
Today Sheryl and I had an adventure. Sheryl was the one who encouraged me to start Blip and she was a huge help in learning photography in the digital age. Early this morning we drove to Lucia falls, we were set up to take slow water shots and I thought I saw a fish jumping up the falls and yes! Fish were jumping up the falls. We later learned they were steelhead. I found that one of my photos has a fish going up the falls, but you will need to look close. I will put that as the first Extra Photo. I changed the camera set up to try for jumping fish photos, but didn't see anymore. We then headed up to Moulton Falls and hiked to a water fall I had never been to before. I will add that shot in the Extra Photos in color and in black and white. Any advice on the water photos, editing or photographing is completely welcome. We then had a picnic lunch beside the Lewis River. After lunch we drove to the Cedar Grist Mill. Photo also in the Extra Photos. The sun was very bright and we reached 91 degrees today so maybe a trip back in the Autumn when the water is a little higher and the sun is a little lower. A super fun day.
