Less hectic day

A less hectic day than yesterday but still busy.  First of all I started really well by hanging out the washing I'd put out last night, washing the kitchen floor and having breakfast. Of course only Olivia was up when J came round and I drove up to Roslin to collect the glasses and left over wine and return to Majestic.  

After that a walk down to Margiotta for some food and then we had brunch with leftovers and other stuff.  J didn't join us.  She did come back though to help with the chocolate krispie making.  the girls won't eat the cornflakes as they have no sugar!  

It was a lovely day outside, much better than forecast.  We headed to the Manor so I could sort the flowers and J could say 'good bye' to Mum.  Then it was up to Straiton to buy a selection of meals for tonight's 'movie night'.  Everyone had something different but it was all prepared very easily and J and I sat outside before and after dinner while the girls watched tv.  It was a beautiful evening and the end of quite a good day.
