Nick the Wood

Yesterday evening, but too late for blips, Nick the Wood turned up with his pick up full of wood. Hurray. This will keep me going until Christmas. However by then Nick will almost certainly (if like last year) have run out. S in the meantime I have to formulate a cunning plan or possibly invest in a further wood store. 
Today Gavin and Luke have spent the day here installing my new electric powered Velux window. It's looking good and hopefully the blind will arrive shortly. 
With the aid of a young helper (found on Next Door) we have filled 2 garden bins with mature bindweed and various other weeds. Luckily the bin is collected tomorrow. And then we will start again!
