Garsington Opera
Our last visit of the season to Garsington. The Festival ended last week, but tonight their Youth Company performed a short contemporary piece about homelessness "Uprooted". It was a grim story line with no happy ending, but it was a joy to watch kids from 5 to 18 throw themselves into the production - singing, dancing, producing, moving sets - the lot! The audience was mainly parents, grandparents, brother and sisters, which made them totally partisan and hugely enthusiastic!
