Tiny Tuesday ...

... Tiny Chipmunk.

It was much too hot today to be traipsing around in the back garden looking for tiny things and/or insects.  So I hope you don't mind that I didn't do that. 

Thankfully, the chipmunks were busy in the back garden this morning.  This one posed rather nicely for me ... I thought.  Thanks to JDO (Jill) for hosting Tiny Tuesday all this month.  Please have a look full screen to appreciate his cuteness.  

Because of the severe heat advisory of today we got out early for a nice, but still hot, walk at Housenick Memorial park.  We took the lower trail as it's more shady.  And shade was definitely needed.  As I post this at 4 pm it's 95° F ... with a RealFeel of 104°F.  That's too hot even for me!  The pool was definitely the place to be this afternoon ... so cooling and relaxing.
