Day Three Creag Choinnich near Braemar

A late run today on a shorter middle distance course. Not a lot in the legs after two tough days but didn’t fare too badly ending up 6 th= out of 47 runners.

A warm day so we didn’t rush away and enjoyed chatting with a number of Orienteering friends.

Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow. The batteries definitely need recharging after three days!

The extra is a spectator control on the longer courses and the finish control. Thank goodness it was a downhill run in.
