Rio Guadalahorce

Trying to motivate ourselves to get a bit more fit and do some more walking, so off we went and drove across to Malaga where the Rio Guadalahorce meets the Albaron sea. We did a whole hour working up quite a sweat along the many paths in that area. Then it was back to the car to take a short drive to pick up a new mirror from Ikea and try and resist the temptation of the infamous Ikea meatballs; we succeeded, got the mirror and returned home. Now we can "look back" on our day and know it was a healthy , just hope we can keep it up!!
