A village of British and Irish cheeses

It suddenly got very busy today.

These slices of loveliness come from Neal's Yard Dairy.

The one at the back is Gorwydd Caerphilly from Wales (crumbly, mild, salty and flavoursome). On the left we have Gubeen from Cork (nutty and punchy), at the front St Helena from Norfolk (deliciously rich).

Who says we can't make cheese over here:-)
