Not the Cerne Giant
So ladies no need to look away. These figures etched into the turf below Plymouth's Citadel depict a mythical wrestling match between a Trojan warrior and a Bronze-age giant. The tableau serves to reinforce Plymouth's maritime history going back to 1500 - 2000 BC when tin was exported overseas from Dartmoor mines.
Not a lot happening in the Sound otherwise shipping/yachting might have featured instead.
