Kristine and I

I was delighted today with the arrival of a dear friend I had not seen for over a year. We are both gypsies I guess and our travels take us near and far. She has been in Oregon for the past year and is en route back to Santa Fe.

We met about 25 years ago in a small country town in southern Iowa and like the tides, we both come and go.

She arrived right at 'wine time' - perfect as you can see.
