The food was even worse today. thank goodness Josh stopped by and brought goodies in the shape of fruit and cookies.

today I met with the physical therapist, the occupational therapist and the nurse practitioner who is our link to UW. I'm to have both physical therapy and occupational therapy 5 days a week and the nurse practitioner is going to get the ball rolling with a consult with an ortho who knows about knees, as well as getting started on getting my insurance to cover an MRI of my left knee.  The bottom line is, we have no idea what is actually wrong with my knee. And how am I supposed to get better if we don't even know what's wrong or how to fix it. And the pain is getting worse.

on Wednesday Doug is going to bring his car over so that we can practice getting in and out of a car, or see whether I can do that at all.

Lex stopped by the apartment again and spent some time with Sylvie, who seemed in a good mood and wanting to be cuddled and put her nose in lex's ears and lick her face. Lex will be going over there for at least a short while every day until I get home.
