Ipanema Sunday

Both worked till after lunchtime, then headed to Ipanema and for a wander round the Sunday hippy market. We’ve walked round it many times, often in stifling temperatures. Today was sunny and very pleasant. What a difference!

Late lunch/early dinner at Manuel and Joaquim: grilled garlicky prawns and their specialty chips! Delicious!

Walked along the front of Ipanema, catching the misty sunset.

Back to Copacabana, walked along the front, stopped at La Maison for a game of Yahtzee on their terrace.

Home and started to watch The Deep Road to the North.
