At the Start of the Day

It was a lovely mild morning in Akaroa and it warmed up through out the day. Not a lot of sunshine. Just a lovely calm Winters day.

My son put the tiles behind the new stove. The next time he goes over, he will do the grouting. Then he mowed the lawns and removed the moss that was growing on the skylights. I have been wanting him to do it for some time, but he never had the time with all the other jobs he was doing for me. So it took longer than expected. Good to get it done. 

We got back to Christchurch just before 6pm. Missing Akaroa already.
