through the woods

Felix and I went for a big walk through the woods to Forchtenberg. It was quite pleasant but we did end up in two downpours. In between the sun came out and the butterflies followed. We saw lots of silver-washed fritillaries (see extra). We left the house totally unprepared, no sweets, no water and were looking forward to the beer garden at the end. The beer garden was closed because of the local wine festival which was rather damp (2nd extra).
