Antlers

I got up earlier than usual this morning to do the Dossett boxes as I knew they would take longer this week as it is the week when everything runs out and new boxes have to be put out ready for the next time.

I looked out of the window and saw two Fallow deer stags. One had larger antlers than the other, but they were happy grazing together. I have only seen one stag in the garden since I have lived here, that one was fully grown with enormous antlers.

Today’s main picture is of the stag with the largest antlers; the extra shows both of them. The light was not good at that time of the morning!

The temperature today was twenty-one degrees Celsius.
