Winter Gardens

Our council has a problem with these buildings. The University of Greenwich moved out. The council wanted a new school here, but there were two issues 1. There was no demand for additional places and 2. There is a large school on the opposite side of the road. So the plans were rejected. While the majority of the buildings are falling into disrepair, the Winter Gardens have been revived. The saga is likely to continue.
In the meantime I watched the parkrunners enjoy their exercise.
