Saturday
Hetty found the only patch of mud in Wiltshire this morning and her ears need a bit of a scrub to get their edges clean. She's so patient.
This evening we went to the Festival behind our house. The gate gave us free entry because there's no escaping the music from our garden.
The penultimate band, The Butterfly Collective, were excellent. Very good fun to dance to and loads of Oasis, Jam, Billy Ocean covers.
The headline act was The Beat, now fronted by Roger Ranking junior, son of the original lead. He was charismatic and full of chat but I'd had enough 4 songs in.
A dark, torch light walk across the fields followed and we listened to the rest from our bed.
Another hot day.
