Emergency food blip

It rained all day and I was pooped so we stayed in and did nothing all day. Hence, I have been forced to resort to this emergency food blip of a meal I just cooked. Lemon feta chicken with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and couscous. It was pretty good, though I say so myself.
