Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Well this morning I started my day with a nice coffee from Starbucks before my massage at devere! It was well needed as I had a lot of tension in the upper back!

Spent the rest of the day working on special Olympics things and then teaching!

Well and truly knackered!!
