How many Sids were there?

Tunbridge Wells is a very pleasant town, so you wouldn't expect this picture to be taken there!

Surprisingly -in practically the centre of town- stands the derelict ABC Cinema with adjoining defunct shops. Goodness knows how many so-called renovation schemes have been mooted, but not has survived to actuality. Clearly they are not going to be getting their finance from this place!

And as I hint in the title, I wonder how many Sids there actually were, serving Fish & Chips. More likely a signwriter who didn't know his apostrophes from his elbow!
