I'm no expert but..............

..............I reckon if you can make a cake & ice it then you can mix cement & spread it on a wall!
The back wall has had big chunks of pointing missing for a while and, as it disappears behind foliage a lot, I reckoned I could do a good enough job and not much of it would show - time will tell!
