Back To Baking
We had some very nice cheese delivered yesterday, so I thought it deserved some homemade bread to go with it. Today is back to warmer temperatures, so ideal conditions to encourage the bread to rise.
This is my go-to basic bread mix of cheese and onion, plus today’s added ingredients of shallot, garlic and a pinch of mustard powder. Just a shame that I can’t include the aroma of freshly-baked bread :)
