Two of My Girls

Enjoying the sun and sand on Porthcurno beach (very easy access so the best if you have a 7 month year old little girl. I am so happy that it has been a lovely sunny day for them. Here "up country" it has been very much less so, mostly raining. It's been a paperwork day largely (only 7,123 steps). On he practical side Kevin the carpenter has been and "fettled" my 2 shed doors which are now much improved. We shared photos of our grandchildren (as grandparents do!). I've watered and tied up the tomatoes which seem to have grown about 2 feet in 5 days while I have been away (almost as quick as the bindweed). Many ripe tomatoes - I will have to search out the recipes! I have also mended 2 pairs of linen trousers which were literally coming apart at the seams. Largely caused I think by having a very low thread count. That is about it. Tomorrow is another day.
