ICAD 54

I'm continuing with the Index Card A Day (ICAD) project while on holiday. I brought a small amount of supplies with me: index cards, printed photos of family (my theme), a few papers, a glue stick, pens & colored pencils plus a couple of water color crayons and a water brush. 

I added backgrounds to a number of cards before traveling and that has worked well. While here, I can choose a photo, add some marks or collage and write my journal entry on the back. It has been extremely satisfying to continue this small creative practicing while staying at the cottage on Wolfe Island.

My first ICAD this year was blipped on June 3rd. That entry has more details about the challenge and a link to previous blips that share the ICADs I've made and shared here over the years. This is my 12th year participating in this annual June & July daily project. The end is near... I'm closing in on 61 cards very soon!
